Can I order by phone?
Yes. If you prefer to place your order by phone please call us Toll-Free at 1-877-475-6178 or 314-918-9799 in Missouri. A Wincon Design & Resource Group sales associate will be happy to assist you.

Monday - Friday 9:00am -6:00pm (CNT)
Saturday - available by appointment

What credit cards doesWincon Design & Resource Group accept?
Currently at this time we only accept Visa, and MasterCard. We do plan to accept more card types in the near future.

How doesWincon Design & Resource Group handle sales tax?
We charge sales tax to buyers that reside in the state of Missouri and all orders delivered to addresses in the state of Missouri. All others are expected to comply with their state’s current laws pertaining to purchases over the Internet.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your order.


Can I cancel an order?
With the exception of special orders, if your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. We cannot cancel or be held responsible for orders that have already shipped. Nor can we be held responsible for an order that has already shipped and is refused.


What is your return policy?

DoesWincon Design & Resource Group have a showroom?
Yes, Wincon Design & Resource Group is located at 2006 S. Brentwood Blvd. St. Louis MO 63021. Please see our contact us page for gallery hours.

How do I obtain samples?
For samples we only charge for the courier cost of the samples which can be ordered Fedex ground or Fedex Expedited.  The rate will be calculated based on your address and the number of samples you order.  Samples can be ordered online or over the phone at 1.314.918.9799. Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa.

How can I be removed from the newsletter e-mail list?
If you would prefer not to receive our e-mail newsletter, special product offers, or promotional offers, please send an e-mail tocustomerservice@wincondesignresource.comwith ”unsubscribe” in the subject line. You will then be removed from the list.

What is the likeliness of my personal information being compromised?
To ensure the security of your personal information we use special encryption technology to protect it during data transport. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts ordering information such as your name, address and credit card number to guarantee that it is confidentially and securely processed.

Do you ship internationally?
No we only deliver to the continental U.S. This is excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How is my shipping cost determined?
The cost of shipment is base on the item’s size, weight, delivery, method of shipment and delivery address. There are no standardized rates for items shipped. Please refer to shipping and term policies.

What is the transit time for my order?
Depending on the manufacture, the size of the product and customer location; delivery times may vary. For domestic brand names shipment usually does not exceed five to seven days, unless otherwise noted. The transit time for foreign containers varies depending on the lead time to make the product and ship to the US. It is better to contact Customer Service for estimated travel time.  

Are you an authorized distributor for the product lines on your website?
All the items carried on the website are dealt straight with the manufacture and/or sales rep. We are authorized distributors for most products, but there are a few such as HHP, where permission from a territory sales rep was given to vend a product line. All manufacturers warranty’s are honored for products purchased through Wincon Design & Resource Group.

What if I want to order an item out of stock?
In this case we ask that you emailcustomerservice@wincondesignresource.com  and have a properly written request for an item with its manufacture name and product number. When we have more items in stock we would then contact you through email when the item is back in stock.
