Install the tub into the rough stud opening
(See Figure 1).
Determine the length of the corner side
panels, items A and B. Cut the side panels to
the required height and secure to side studs
(See Figure 2 & 3).
Cut and position the toe kick, item C,
between the two side panels and attach to floor.
For proper installation, the vertical leg of the
toe kick must be placed flush against the lip of
the side panels (See Figure 4).
To install the apron, item D, slide the
upper lip of the apron under the edge of the tub
rim and position the apron so that a uniform gap
is maintained along the tub edge (See Figure
5). A wood block should be installed as a
support guide to hold the apron in
place.
Using the apron as a template, transfer the
location of the two holes at the lower edge of
the apron onto the toe kick with a marker.
Remove the apron and set aside.
Drill two 1/4” diameter holes at the
locations transferred to the toe kick and
install the U-type nut fasteners provided.
Install the apron and secure with two (2)
#14 x 20 x 3/4” machine screws. (See Figure
6).
