Americh
Corporation allows customers to cancel and/or
return merchandise. This merchandise is subject to
a restocking fee, provided it meets the following
conditions:
- Restocking Charge: Check with dealer for
exact charge
- Customer's returning merchandise after the
original shipment has occurred are responsible
for payment of all freight charges. All products
must be returned freight prepaid or Americh
Corp. may refuse delivery.
- A return goods authorization (RGA) is
required on all products returned to Americh
Corp. Products returned must have the RGA number
clearly visible on the package or crate.
Products returned to Americh Corp. without an
RGA number may be refused.
- Merchandise must be received in original
condition. (Additional charges may be assessed
if returned products are not properly packaged)
- Merchandise must be returned to Americh
within thirty (30) days of original invoice
date.
- CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE
Failure to comply with these conditions
may result in additional charges, any or all
credit may be denied or refusal of the merchandise
upon return to Americh Corporation.

Corporation reserves the rights to deny any return
of product based on age, color, size or style. |
