designers, using CAD tools, we can get 3D pieces, finishing simulations,
assembling process scene and control the tolerance between pieces.
†The Engineering Department works close with our clients
helping them through out their experience, to develop, design, and
manufacture a variety of tools. These tools are designed in the CAD program.
We can also simulate the filling of die casting tools that help us to
improve our manufacturing quality.
†Sonia America inc., knowing the constant evolution of new
technologies and their main role in innovation capacity, quality and
competitiveness, has been the main factor for the growth, applying them
during the whole production process.
†We could point out the vacum system technology in the injection process
and the last generation machines that control the process and parameters in
real time, displaying the speed, pressure, and temperature during the
filling process as well as the use of automatic robots for the automation
and repetitiveness.
†Due to trim requirement, we need to look after every piece form. We use
CNC machinery for the polishing, emery cells, and computer programmed
equipment for all kinds of finishing, including Chrome, Nickel plated, Gold,
Paints, etc.

†The finishes of all series have a hard rust wear guaranteed. The are
submitted to rigorous control and tests in every way, such as: salty mist
chamber strength, the
rmal crash test, coating thickness control by an x-ray machine, etc.
as well as the appearance is checked continuously according to our quality
standard.
