Since 1976, Roland Simmons has been designing and
contructing contemporary lighting. His innovative
designs have received numerous awards and recognition
around the globe. Today, these pieces are known as
the Roland Simmons Lumalights. They are found all
over the world. Each Lumalight is equipped with a functional zipper that allows the shade to be transported with ease, and comes with Roland's personal signature guarantee of autenticity and quality.
Natural, external light plays upon the surfaces of the unlit sculptures. When external light is replaced with artificial light from within, the Lumalights become functional sources of soft, peaceful light.
